Julie has dedicated her working life to supporting customers – previously she has worked extensively in the travel, accommodation, and conference industries, and has over 12 years’ experience supporting independent retailers through her recent roles in retail buying and marketing groups. These roles have allowed her to build a wealth of experience in helping customers with new product releases, training opportunities, marketing services, and conference organising. Julie has a true dedication to customer success and a willingness to assist members and supplies with any assistance they may require. Having grown up helping on her parents rose farm, and with a love for gardening herself, her role in member services at IGC brings together her passions for customer success and gardening.
